So much fibre even if you eat a healthy diet and assume it won’t be that bad, it will be. Unless you’re locked up, don’t drink/eat too much

Bananas, rice, apples or applesauce, and toast is amazing for tummy issues. Coconut water is perfect too. You’re so awesome.
