for those WHO think yea because in the TVA Magic and Magic Objekt doesnt Work forget that Loki Touch IT multiple Times outside the TVA. He Touch IT as He steal IT from Asgard, He Touch IT by showing thanos before He got killed by thanos and He also touched IT as He escaped from the Avengers. He touched IT more outside the TVA then inside. Inside the TVA He touched IT once.
