Oh my god PLEASE do not use Neosporin on your lips. It might look and feel similar to Vaseline but its only purpose is to protect open wounds. Use lanolin or tallow!!!!!!!!!

Vaseline and aquaphor are also great basically Neosporin but neosporin is better for cuts and scrapes it’s help with healing
