I was a juror on a criminal attempted murder case. It was a huge wake up call to how bad our system is. The people on the jury clearly had biases and people were ridiculous. We were arguing back there. The evidence that was collected versus what wasn’t collected and hearing CSI say the reason they didn’t test something was because they weren’t told to. I assumed everything was taken and tested. Nope not the case. There were still holes in the evidence in the case I tried. And we all felt stuck because of what we given as options. We felt there was way more mitigating circumstances but we weren’t given an option for that. The “victims” were also serious aggressors. It was so sad to have to say guilty to a 23 year old. We gave him the lesser of the charges we could. I could never bring myself to look into sentencing. But it was an unfortunate situation of road rage gone waaaay wrong and someone got paralyzed and someone went to prison

I was on a jury at 24yrs old. It was a rape trial. It was the most fascinating experience. I was sure the man was guilty, but the prosecution did not prove that. We ended up a hung jury. They re-tried the case & it ended up hung again. I would do it again a heartbeat.

My husband is an attorney and I’m a paralegal and court entrepreneur we heard it all from fighting over a towel to murder cases. Client’s call the judge names attacking my husband in court because he felt he wasn’t doing his job shit shows on a daily thanks for replying your a sweet person and I love your videos and especially your clothes ❤️
