Don’t you think that most of the people who currently hold power—from the Secretary of the Treasury to the Secretary of War, to the President, and everyone else making the decisions—have, without exception, made decisions that are causing America’s power, influence, and image to decline, both at home and abroad, from the economy to politics to culture? I’m not going to say it’s some kind of plan or conspiracy, but all of this definitely raises questions. I’m not American, but U.S. policy affects my life because America has an influence over almost everything, whether through consent or through force.
