My 2018 M3P has about 86k miles and any issues I have are minor and expected of a car with this age and mileage. The wind is actually carbon fiber, but it's susceptible to delamination. My friend and I both experienced this and we speculate letting an electric polisher or automatic car wash hit the leading edge can cause this. The control switches and steering wheel are your dad's fault. Keep your hands clean and don't use your nails or wear jewelry. This applies to any car. For the tint, keep the windows and seals clean. Accumulated dirt where the window tint makes contact will ruin tint in any car.

crazy how pretty much every car is like this, my family has bought new trucks like high country where the windows just stop working, trim falling off and other stuff just like this within 3 years of ownership. it's all cars not just Tesla
