Okay I keep hearing Rox Zone and I’m so confused as to what that refers to. Is that the running? Like the 1k? In between each station 😅 or running from the station to the start of where the 1k is measured and it ends.

This is my first race my heat is at 9am and I don’t have spectator tickets for my fam. Do I get one with my check in? Will they release more?

I’m super nervous! Salt lake is my first comp and I know I’m putting a lot of pressure on myself competitively. This is a lot of travel for me coming from Alaska and I probably wouldn’t feel so intense if I was able to compete more.
