ik the residency model is meant to weed people out but these kinds of shifts just seem like they’re setting both incoming doctors and patients up for failure. the system really doesn’t have to work like this. it’s crazy impressive that you’re working these runs and still finding time to edit these vids and keep a social media presence up. i sincerely hope you make it through, man. good luck
