@cathmendez: Three years later, we’re now a team of 13 across Australia and the Philippines, covering events all over Australia. Since January 2026, we’ve secured 427 bookings, combining events already completed and upcoming celebrations. Within a year of launching our new service, it generated millions of pesos, something I honestly never imagined when I was simply trying to make my last money work. It hasn’t been easy. There have been sleepless nights, mistakes, pressure, and a lot of stress but thankfully, it’s the kind of stress that comes with growth. 😂 This journey taught me that strength doesn’t always mean feeling confident or having everything figured out. Sometimes, strength is choosing to continue even when you’re tired, scared, or unsure of what comes next. As the business grows, its purpose becomes clearer too. It’s no longer only about income. It’s about creating opportunities, providing jobs, serving people well, and building something that can make an impact beyond me.
