This isn’t her throwing a jab at Tony. This is literally why Ultron acts the way he does. I think you guys forget that Tony was once called the “Merchant of Death” because he sold weapons that were used to kill innocent people. Then, in an attempt to save the world once again, he created another weapon of mass destruction. Tony is an indecisive guy. He’s not a perfect hero, and as she says, he doesn’t always know the distinction between saving the world and destroying it.
