I just hate how they made him a dumb person. like Naruto out of a whole character doesn't understand love? That Naruto who see through Sakura fake confessed?? He clearly knows that he can't replace Sasuke. He knows from a young age. And somehow they portray him as clueless boy who can't different loving a girl and eating noodle..

worst thing about this movie is making naruto a himbo who doesn't know anything about emotions, feelings, and love. Kishimoto established him early on as smart (not in a conventional textbook smart like sakura or genius-strategist like shikamaru but very emotionally smart hence the "talk-no-jutsu" meme). He professed such a strong, intellectual understanding of his and sasuke's emotional bond during the war arc but just roughly three years later, he's this dumb himbo who doesn't know the difference between loving ramen and loving a person. Im pissed.

One thing I hate about The Last is that they had to make up some random lore outta no where to justify Hinata and Naruto getting together. I love them but everyone knew they had almost no chemistry so they just made this whole scarf plot up out of thin air. I would’ve loved to see this plotline anywhere else in the story but it’s just here. and it’s kinda sad.

I actually like The Last movie. I think, despite what others say, Naruto is the most mature in this movie, and I would even claim, the loneliest he's ever been. There's almost a sense of calm because there's no apparent danger and he's already saved Sasuke. He finally had time to think about what HE wanted vs. what he could do to save others from a war. Now, is the ship great? Debatable. But I do like Naruto's maturity in this movie.
