The Masi or Fresh milk in the mogodu serves as a tenderiser ,you clean your mogodu to your satisfaction then you pour the milk or masi to soak for few minutes then when you cook the milk will just cook in you won't even taste the milk or masi in your mogodu because your mogodu cooks for long😋😋😋.
