Learn how to approach and relate to people according to their personalities. We cannot all have just one personality; a person may be ¾ Sanguine and ¼ Choleric, or vice versa. Understanding these different personalities gives us a broader perspective on how to relate to and approach others, so that we can draw them closer to Christ. It can also help us understand the roles different people can take in the church—roles that suit their personalities, gifts, and abilities, where they can serve comfortably and effectively. Use your personality in the right way to draw others to Christ. The world has reached a very critical stage, where sin is increasingly being seen as something normal. But the reality is that sin has deeply affected the world, and as Christians, we have a responsibility to spread the Gospel so that others may hear, believe, and be saved through Christ. We have been called to be examples to others. Therefore, let people see Christ in you through your words, actions, character, and the way you treat others.
