This is definitely me 😭. I got hurt over and over because I’m kind, caring, and loving but I can’t just change my personality and I’m still connected with the same people and sometimes I felt like I’m being use, and sometimes I will be like we’re build in our own ways and I will just play it cool and I’m afraid to be alone too. Can someone please advice or give me strategy to use to overcome this? Please help 😭

I don’t think people realize how much I feel things. I can be hurt so badly and still care about the same people after everything. I can say “I’m done, I don’t care anymore” a hundred times, but deep down I know I’m still gonna care. I wish sometimes I could be colder, because having a heart that feels everything is exhausting. But I know myself… I can’t just stop loving or caring because someone hurt me. I might change for a while, I might distance myself, but eventually I always come back to being me. And maybe that’s just something I’ll never be able to change about myself
