How do you understand the word "fulfill"? when jesus said "I came to fulfill" he was meaning all the things written about him, have come to pass! take for instance, " fulfilling a promise" do you still keep a promise that has been fulfilled!!? of course no!! when it's fulfilled, it's past. if it's to take the old laws, then we have a lot to do, concerning keeping the law. therr are many laws that we can't keep that the people of old kept. Luke 16:16 says, "The Laws of Moses and the writings of the prophets were until John the Baptist! since that time the kingdom of heaven is being preached and everyone is pressing into it" in this scripture, we understand that follows the mosaical law and the prophets is too much different from being in the kingdom(the church) 1 cor 10 says. Eat whatever is sold in the meat market...for why should I be blamed of the food that I eat with Thanksgiving to the lord!!?
