Esmeralda P Snodgrass :
Why non-fat? Is that for caloric reasons or is there evidence that even healthy fats trigger pain flares?

This is how I try to eat at least 90% of the time, but it's getting harder as prices raise on groceries. 😕 I do my best.

This question might sound ignorant bt I mean it with the most sincerity. Does the types of food really noticeably help with inflammatory pain ?

Looks like I will be making stuffed peppers more now. Try it with chicken, rice, & mushrooms. Mmmmm, it’s 8am and that sounds so good.

Thank you for sharing 🥰 I thought nightshade veggies were to be avoided; I love tomatoes and bell peppers but was told they were no-nos😳

I urge my fellow chronic pain & illness baddies to look into “stealth health”. It’s literally just adding spices etc to your food that are anti inflammatory, and add nutrients etc while either adding awesomesauce flavor to your recipes or adding the nutrients etc without changing the texture or flavor of your food. Nothing to lose and everything to gain. You will have spices and ingredients you’ve never heard of before but you will definitely level up all your meals. I promise💯 and you don’t have to get all the spices and other ingredients all in one go, you can gradually build up your pantry and spice cabinet little bit by little bit. I’ve considered making videos about stealth healthing, but we literally have a world of knowledge at our fingertips and AI tools to help even further. I have begun creating a recipe book for my fam perhaps some day I’ll release it or share some recipes. But I’m confident my fellow chronic pain and illness peeps can figure out the best recipes for them.💯✌️🫶
