Yes, there really was a 3 hour wait 😅 Here is how I made them! Dough •	1 cup warm water •	1 tbs honey •	1 tsp instant yeast •	2 3/4 cups flour, divided •	1/2 tsp salt •	1 tsp oil Filling •	0.5 lb ground pork •	1/3 cup green onion, chopped •	3 cloves garlic, grated •	2 tbs soy sauce •	1 tbs oyster sauce •	1/4 tsp pepper For Cooking & Topping •	2 tbs oil •	1/4 cup water •	Soy sauce, for topping •	Green onions, for topping •	Sesame seeds, for topping In a bowl add the warm water, honey, and yeast and mix well. Add in 2 cups of flour and the salt and mix until a wet dough forms. Add the remaining flour onto the counter along with the dough. Rub the oil onto your hands and knead the remaining flour into the dough until smooth. Place in a bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes. In another bowl combine the ground pork, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper. Mix well and set aside. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a log. Cut into 12-15 pieces depending on how large you want. Roll each piece into a circle, divide the filling evenly, then pull the edges up around the filling and twist the tops closed. Heat 2 tbs oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the pork buns. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown. Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 6 minutes or until the filling is fully cooked through. Top with soy sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
