Grateful to every stitch, every comment, every like, every share, every repost to twitter, and every DM for making it possible. I entertained everyone, I gave them a common enemy, I became a punching bag for thousands of DMs, threats, insults, jokes… I wanted to put a face to the comments women receive every day making fun of them for minuscule features no one cares about, I wanted to use myself to show them that those making fun of them look worse than they do, I wanted to put a face to redpill culture and misogyny, to all the faceless trolls. I wanted to make people feel more secure in their own bodies. When they see a hate comment about “hip dips” they think of me, they see my face in place of the faceless accounts, I put a face, my face, to the “Hiplet” movement. Now everyone is thanking god for their hip dips, they feel much better about it thinking of it as a deterrent for undesirable men. I’m going to rest now. I don’t need to keep up the charade any longer. I’m done with satire.
