I think Claude opposes you more just to sound more reliable, not because you are necessarily wrong. I tested this by debating something I knew I was 100% right about while Claude wouldn’t easily say it. After 1.5h Claude agreed with me eventually, 100% agreed, not partially. Great trick from Anthropic making Claude less agreeable
