I love this!! But let’s talk about the compass and clock. Those were convenience tools that were monetized, but… we knew both simultaneously, the position of the sun told us how far darkness was (time), and we also had direction by looking at the same thing and the landmarks, we didn’t have specific names and numbers, but we knew whether we were going in the right direction and we moved as much as we could as the sun shone. We have always been rushing, feed the family by working hard. When the family isn’t eating, you race until you have fed them successfully. In the absence of that peace, you’ll continue to watch the clock and change direction. A reference point is always the people around you, those who are eating show you it can be done and you wish that for those who depend on you. Having said that, take time to look after yourself because your work needs a healthy body and mind.
