Tanzania has 947k square kilometers. Its land is arable unlike Kenya to be precisely. Kenyans are our main competitors and not Uganda.

One problem is that Tanzania and Kenya top competitors, which makes people feel Tz is not good TO Kenyans. Tanzania and Kenya are the biggest economies in East Africa. They are the only 2 countries in the middle income status, thus, competing in life standards. Tanzania is big and has much more opportunities. Put Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and Burundi together and they dont fit in Tanzania in size! Tanzanians have bought Nation media house, Bamburi etc....this is shift of power! In 20 tallest buildings in East Africa, 10 are in Tanzania, the rest are in Kenya and Ethiopia. Tanzania has the only electric train in EA, and the only BRT system. Dar is the largest city in EA. The rest is not known to Kenyans because of jokes of the friendship and competition btn the two.
