Try to pay attention to how hard you grip your bars. Theoretically all you need for control is light but equal pressure. This was revolutionary for my hands, arms, shoulders etc. hope that helps

I use a throttle assist thing, like $5 off aliexpress last time I looked 😁 my forearm used to be so sore from long rides.

don't push down on the handles... hugging the tank with you legs takes alot of pressure off your arms and wrists... no white nuckle grip ... also check that your gloves don't cut off circulation at the wrists..

Grip lighter, adjust your brake and clutch angle so your wrists are as straight as possible, don't lean weight on your hands, as much as possible hold yourself up with core tension, possibly try softer grips or even a (thin!) set of foam grip covers though they feel very unnatural until you get used to them and even then... I'm not a fan but some people swear by them.

Might want to try shorty levers. Gear changes require less muscle use in your hand which could help, helped me 👍

Gets better over time. Riding is a very physical thing & takes a while for our bodies to build up riding stamina.
Gripping tank tight with yr legs can take some weight off your wrists.Lots of breaks on long rides eases it a bit too.

throttle hand or clutch? if clutch you probably need to adjust lever angle so that youre hand wrist and arm all follow a straight line when squeezing it in.

My hands and wrists are crap from my career so riding just make sit worse 😫
I have to get regular hand/arm massages to make it bearable

Just try to remind yourself to grip your tank with your knees and relax your hands. We also don’t realise we put a lot of force down through our arms so relax those elbows and lean forward a little bit more. Takes a lot of pressure off 😍😍😍
