Let me explain to everybody how the law works. We give you an example if a cop doesn’t read you your Miranda rights or if they do something improper with a search warrant that can get a case thrown out. Same thing can happen in reverse the suspect can do something or say something that can ultimately be used to justify the officers actions. It’s how the law works often times people willingly handover victories to the police officers by because of THEIR actions. .
