@Papa 23:I know but the shin is cover with skin hence I say it's a taboo when Nigerias are doing it but not when the Chinese and Japanese and Indians are eating leather as one said. however my point is= when preparing or cooking cow head and legs you don't remove the skin but you shave or burn of the hair. unless they are saying we have COWS WITH LEATHERS HEAD RUNNING AROUND SOUTH AFRICA 😂😂😂
