Cheesy Cajun chicken garlic bread 🧄✨ Chicken - 1.5 lb boneless chicken breast, diced - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning - 1 tsp smoked paprika - 1 tsp salt - 1 tbsp avocado oil (for searing) - 1 tbsp butter (for searing) Garlic Cajun butter - 1 stick unsalted butter, softened - 2 tbsp parsley, chopped - 2 tsp garlic paste - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning - Salt and pepper to taste Cajun cream sauce - 1/2 yellow onion, finely diced - 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced - 1 cup heavy cream - 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese - 2 tbsp unsalted butter - 2 tbsp tomato paste - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder - Salt to taste Bread - 1 large loaf French bread or Italian bread, halved - Mozzarella cheese - Fresh parsley Instructions - Add the diced chicken breast to a bowl and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and salt. Toss until evenly coated. - Heat the avocado oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
