@halal4lads: Koma Chophouse, a spacious new smokehouse has opened in Croydon, South London @komachophouse You know when Tiberius at the helm the meat would be excellent and we visited many of his ventures but what makes Koma standout is the Wagyu Candy, with a hard like texture on the outside but when you bite into there is a burst of flavour, sweet, juicy and intensely rich, I would go back just for this. All their meat is imported from either Australia, Argentina and New Zealand known for their high quality meat due to the fat content making it juicy and succulent, which makes the flavour profile so much better. They have Brisket, Sirloin Steak, Dino Ribs and Lamb Ribs. The Beef Cheek in particular was my favourite, first time trying it and it was excellent, crusty on the outside and tender on the inside. There is side options like homemade coleslaw, mac and cheese and smoked sweetcorn tenders. There is also a spacious lounge upstairs to unwind with shisha, mocktails, dessert and food.
