From someone that works for a rental car company, it’s honestly the biggest inconvenience when customers return a car without a full tank of fuel so the charges that are by the company had to cover the fuel pay for someone to do it and the inconvenience 😂

Wanna make it clear…. I never expected free fuel 🤣 I was just shocked at $7 a litre and wanted to give people a heads-up. Lesson learnt - fill up before you drop off lol

on one hand, I understand it's a business that needs to be run and be made profitable. on the other hand, surely you'd understand that not every car will come back filled and just tack that on to the original pricing.
