I'm 56yrs old, my father was an officer for 35yrs, I would have done the same thing this kid did. I would ha e assumed he was waving me around the vehicle he already had pulled over. And the kid was sitting in a line of traffic, why would he pull him over in the first place? The kid changed lanes and slowly drove away with the other traffic. This cop was nuts!
