Where were you in Oct 25 when I bought a brand new Tata with a faulty braking system.. ? It was fixed more that 3 times after I dropped it off and refused to take it again. Matter is at MIOSA for adjudication ijooo

from my understanding if you buying from a private individual the voetstoots clause protects the seller from this but if you buy from a dealership or a business that deals in the selling of cars the voetstoots clause doesn't apply and the CPA kicks under the normal rules and regulations
