I’ve worked in long term care facilities for 20 years . Women are almost always clean, hardly ever smell bad, send their clothes for washing etc, and are generally considerate of those around them. however , the men…always smell like urine, refuse to accept help, try to rewear soiled clothes and fight with you if you try to take things to wash. I’ve walked in and found that they’re hanging urine soaked pants on their heaters. Oh and they ALL spit on the floor even if you offer them a spit cup
