The word 'antisemitism' is racist. the roots of the word 'antisemitism' comes from German nationalism in the late 1870s, were Wilhelm Marr labeled Jewish people as a biological race of 'semites', and specifically replaced the German word 'judenhass' (jew-hatred) with 'antisemitismus' to support race pseudoscience. 'Semitic languages' is a linguistics term, which refers to a language family that includes Hebrew and Arabic, and using 'semitism' to describe jewish people is racist. Using the word 'antisemitism', is much like describing atheist people as a separate race called "Ather", and calling their discrimination "anti-Atherism", it's completely ridiculous.
