@fitfuelbyjuliana: The best cake flavour but in oat form, how could you go wrong ?🙈 I've converted many oat haters with this one. How many more can I convert ?? Recipe: 50g of oat flour* (or oats blended to flour) 30g of vegan vanilla protein powder* (vegan is ESSENTIAL for a moist texture) 5g of cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 160 ml of liquid (I just used water) 1 square of dark chocolate (I used a sugar free one) 5g of choc chunks All ingredients marked with a * are from @prozis_official ! (Code FITFOODIEJULES will give you a discount + gifts and help support my content!) Preheat oven to 180° (350F) and mix the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder and water/milk together Pour 1/3 of the batter into a bowl and mix in the cocoa powder to form a chocolate batter Pour the vanilla batter into an oven-safe dish, and pour the chocolate batter over the top in a swirling motion. Add the square of chocolate to the centre, then swirl the two batters together to form a marble look. Top with chocolate, then bake for 20-25 minutes and enjoy! #bakedoats #proteinoats #oats #healthybreakfast #oattok
could I replace the protein powder with just more flour?

Macros, depending on what you use, protein powder wise and chocolate wise look something like 365-375 kcal, 30-32g protein, 40-42g carbs, 9-10g fat. Not bad at all!

It's actually not the same? When you turn the oats into flour, you are processing the oats, which makes them simpler for your stomach. You actually lose a lot of the fiber benefits that way
