You do not need to disclose ANY medical conditions to any staff. I’ve ALWAYS had a companion with me when I’ve had special assistance. Tui should be ashamed. So sorry you’ve gone through this.

Same happened with my Mum on a TUI cruise. Constant problems with mobility scooter, transfers etc. never had problems with other airlines 🤷🏽♂️

Don’t I’ve asked for a room close to facilities at the hotel (I have very poor mobility) and they can’t allocate rooms apparently however if I pay £360 they suddenly can!!!! So not only is the special assistance treating people like cattle, they’re profiteering off people that need help

I've been disabled for 17 years, I'm in a wheelchair and my husband has always been allowed with me on the ambilift. What's she's saying is simply untrue! I'm so sorry she spoke to you that way, it's unacceptable!
