They accidentally felt someone changing the container of the milk that opened thing that the tube comes out of is a refrigerator. You take the connector off the almost empty gallon and put it on the full gallon then put it back in the refrigerator and shut the door every single gas station that has one of those fancy coffee machines has the same thing under the counter with the same container of milk.

Behind the actual jug of the milk is a mini refrigerator, which has a stainless steel container inside that you’re supposed to put the milk into.

the milk is going into a hot liquid. what do you think the milk is going to do in your coffee. milk at room temperature is fine. it's when you have heat applied to it that you have to worry. there's nothing wrong with keeping milk at room temperature especially if the machine is going to chill it before it comes out

If user base is big, a gallon of milk 🥛 will be used up fairly quickly, in hours?, which shouldn’t be a problem.

The little box behind the milk where the tube is coming from is a refrigerator. Looks like they were in the process of changing it out.
