ma'am I am jealous! I havent been able to be on my stomach since my double masectomy in February of 2026. i just had implants placed this July. I was able to get a massage where they have one of those wedges with the boob holes and it was the most amazing thing. i bought one for my bed because laying on my stomach eels crazy with the implants. Please enjoy it!!

Outside of the cancer stigma, the worst thing for me has been not being able to sleep on my stomach. I love going to the beach because I can dig a hole to put my boobs in and lay on my stomach.!

I’m almost a year out from DMX and 6 months from implant exchange and I don’t lie on my stomach. It is so uncomfortable! Hope it will get better over time but I know it will never be the same…😔

Ten years and I can’t. I used to always get massages but had to stop because not all places have breast pillows….which is the ONLY way I can lay on my stomach. 😔

So get this, the 2nd surgery seems like nothing compared to the first. My expander exchange was maybe an hour. I was home by lunchtime and playing video games all day. Back to work in a week feeling fine.

I had immediate reconstruction. No expanders! But it took awhile to feel comfortable on my stomach again.

I can’t play on my stomach. Barely can lay on my side. I was told the final implant surgery is an easy one! I’ll check back in in February when my final reconstruction happens.

Or longer. If you have expander’s in they will start filling those after you heal. They usually do the chemo and or radiation treatments before the reconstruction surgery. From those I’ve followed that’s the last step. 😁

Had my 3rd and final surgery June 2024 (DMX and 2 reconstructive surgeries) and I’m currently laying on my stomach watching this video right now. I can even do pull-ups and bench press. It’ll take a bit for sure, but I’m sending hugs and you’ll do amazing! 💖☺️

I did reconstruction - cancer came back in my scar tissue on the outside. I am now flat and I can lay on my stomach like the boys do. I love it.
