I made Mexican Atole de Avena and drink it in the morning and before bed with brewer’s yeast powder in it. I heat a glass of Avena in the microwave and drink it while I pump. I notice my body responds to the pump better and trigger my letdown when I drink something warm. Also eat lactation protein ball along with the Avena help too! 😁

They are cutting my breastmilk in half for my twins and doing half formula. I’m praying I get to make a supply for them both when I take them home from the nicu 🥺💖

I'm doing everything I can to up my milk supply because she weened herself off at 4.5 months and I've been struggling since. I have to use formula mainly and I hate it!!
