Kidney mee sua is overcook, standard drop, it should be soft & tender. Bring XO, Martel, Gordon blue. Add 1 teaspoon. Ask for half or less mee Sua.(this mee Sua has a certain brand, it will taste super, Seng Kee doesn’t have the brand.
