Continental Celtic ≠ insular Celtic. The Celtic language was spread to the British isles mostly via trade and cultural exchange, not migration. The Iron Age insular celts have mostly the same ancestry as their bell beaker Bronze Age non-Celtic ancestors.

It entirely depends upon the region. Northern Germans are most similar to the Dutch, Danish, and Frisians. Southern Germans have much more Celtic DNA and even their Germanic DNA is different. Northern Germans you could call somewhat Nordic as you could Northern Dutch. Southern Germany is more case-by-case.
