@dory.azar.architect: Visuals are so important in architectural design, and I’ve found them even more important when designing for residential clients. Not every person who wants a home designed is savvy enough to understand a set of drawings. 3D images are excellent and important, but there’s something particularly helpful about a physical model. In this example I am showing the existing home in silver, and the new work in white. I like the contrast of these two and homeowners find these quite valuable to help understand the exteriors, and also as fun objects to have on display.
