A lot of words change over time, I do agree she's using the word 'incel' wrong but words meanings morph overtime, especially in a generation like this. Like 'awful' originally meant full of awe, now it means very bad or unpleasant, or ratio was originally a mathematical term, now it means getting more likes against someone in an online argument. Nowadays incel is commonly used to describe a male dominated subculture associated with resentment to men and hostility about relationships and sex, or also used as an insult towards someone perceived as bitter or misogynistic. It's also funny how the true meaning of words only matter when it applies to scenarios like this
