Pork Belly Burnt Ends These are one of my favorite bbq finger food snacks. They’re easy to make and everyone will love them! Start by Cubing your pork belly into 1.5 inch cubes using a sharp knife, I use @Spaceman Test Kitchen - Then use a binder like mustard and season the pork however you like! I used @blazingstarbbq Pork’N. Cook on the smoker between 225 and 275° for about 2 hours. I used the Gravity from @Char-Griller and @SmokeYourBourbon Barrel Bark. Once crispy and the internal temperature is about 180°, combine with a few tbsp of butter and your favorite barbecue sauce in a foil pan. I used BlazingStar Asian Bang Sauce. Continue cooking for about one to two hours until the meat is probe tender(200-210 degrees). #bacon #porkbelly #burntends #bbq #appetizers #FoodLover #fyp
