I also work in IT and I constantly wonder how people work on a computer for 40+ hours a week and yet have ZERO computer knowledge. I’m not saying they need IT level knowledge but just basic knowledge!

Had a call that the defibrillator in an ICU would not charge. I asked if it was plugged in and they replied with an attitude "Of Course its Plugged in do you think we are stupid!" I said ok ill be right there to see what's wrong. The defibrillator was plugged into a power strip and the cord to the power strip was wrapped around the handle of the crash cart with the plug dangling in the air. Told them I was able to resolve the issue when they asked what the problem was just said it was an ID10T error that just needed to be cleared.😂

at least you can see it 👀 and probably resolve the issue in less than a minute 👍 try the same issue over the phone, while working customer support 😂😅😅

FIL GF gets brand new computer and printer. Says printer is not working. I go over. Printer is sitting on desk. I said where is the power cord?? She looks at me dead ass annoyed like I AM THE STUPID ONE and says ITS WIRELESS!!!!
