girl there’s so many accounts impersonating you and they follow request people who comment on your videos, i keep reporting them but tiktok says there’s no violations. i’ve followed you long enough to know it’s not you but new accounts might be duped bc some of them offer “investment classes” or sth

I just opened up a HYSA yesterday with SoFi! I feel like I'm a little behind since I'll be turning 29 soon 🙃 but I'm glad I started!

I do love sinking funds but I have learned I cannot itemize my HYSA like this. I get too comfortable going in there. Once I mine up to six months, I trained my brain to literally only look at it during life or death situations. I want to incorporate sinking funds again but I need to get creative so that’s not attached to my main checking or HYSA. If u have any tips lmk 🫶🏽

Add up all those sinking funds and that's how much you're NOT investing in the market. Figure out your worst month or two expense-wise and then just keep that amount on standby. Fill as it's depleted.

Do you actually keep separate accounts for all these or just track the expense and put in same accounts?

Do you just transfer the money to the separate bank account you use for checking/spending? I love organizing these expected expenses into my SoFi savings buckets but then find it annoying to have to transfer and wait for the money to arrive in checking when wanting to spend that money

Crazy, I’ve been thinking about sinking funds and starting them up. I feel like I need one for annual and another for longer term like new roof/hvac since it’ll happen just not for 10 years
