My daughter got a ticket for having a garbage bag tied to her steps so people would throw garbage and that is going to the floor and she got a ticket for that but yet the streets are disgusting

My bf and I just drove up Sheffield from torresdale, PPA was out front a residential street NO SIGNS, ticketing someone’s car. We couldn’t freaking believe it! I told him they’ve been up Morrell in the scooping trucks beaming plates too. STAY SAFE OUT THERE YALL.

I got a $75 ticket because my grass was 10 inches tall mind you the lawn care person was unloading his stuff from his truck to cut the grass for us and they still gave the ticket and my neighbor a ticket as well
