@tatenda.lisa: Replying to @01.05.26 I remember sitting in church, praying for him with my whole heart. I wasn’t praying for a breakup. I was praying for us. I was asking God to fix what was hurting, to restore what was falling apart, and to give us another chance. Then my phone vibrated. The breakup message. I remember looking at that message thinking, “God, this isn’t what I was praying for.” 😭 And maybe that was the point. I was asking God to save a relationship He was trying to save me from. Looking back at these pictures, I can see how much that season was affecting me. My face was carrying what my heart was trying so hard to hide.
