You can do this with a cricut and a letterpress. I bought a cricut to make something extremely similar for our wedding invites. He broke up with me (in a text) in January, so I only made a handful before then, but if I can find my prototype and how I did it I’ll gladly share so you can have a starting spot.

That is laser cut paper with a blind letter press for the pattern. Also it’s hard to tell but they may have letter pressed the words inside as well. You may be able to find pre-cut / embossed paper & you just need to have the inside printed. Alternatively you can work with a company like Laughing Owl Press or Hoban Press and see if they could source that cut paper for you. Otherwise LCI paper does beautiful laser cutting if you need to source it yourself.

I’m in Hastings Nebraska and I remember going to Cornhusker press and they had a giant book of invites to choose from. Some so close to that. I would look for a professional stationary place!

Find a custom stationer who does letterpress and/or embossing! The print on the inside is likely either hand calligraphed or engraved!
