@taufulou: thanks to some of you that always recommend me some good food like @julielmchuah, Ah Pei Char Siu & Curry Noodle at SS22 is 1 of your favourite. Read up that he is actually 1 of the founder of Chan Mee Kee started since 2008 at Tengkat Tong Shin, then SS2 I was told. With also overexpansion now he started new since 2024 under this new arm. Wantan Mee + Char Siew : RM 10 I have to say his char siew is indeed caramelize, top burnt edges, that with a bite the skin can stick to your teeth and fats that near melt in your mouth with its lean meat is so soft!. Wan tan mee is cook to nice springy and with the char siew is a perfect combo. However on the taste wise some might find it slightly sweeter than usual as the saltiness comes towards the end. Curry mee + Char Siew : RM 11 is subjective down to your own palate. Parking sucks if you find around the area, I park inside the mall and walk out. Just 2 mins walk from the entrance. will this be better than the other 2? I will still say old place Toast and Roast still my no.1 and this easily come no.2 for PJ.
