The b-theory of time is nonsense and there's zero proof for it. It's all speculation and an attempt to avoid a beginning point in time and space, so that scientists can continue to pretend no one started the whole show. If it's always been here, then there's no beginning and time is eternal. Except reality is not really like that. Our uniformed and daily experience goes against all this nonsense. We are free to choose and our choices have subsequent consequences - the best we can do is take an educated guess as to what they will turn out like. We can certainly influence those outcomes (rob a bank and the likelihood of ending up in prison increases) but even then, it's unpredictable but never chaotic. Time is linear. It can slow down or speed up, due to gravitational influences, it can stop, it can not exist, but it cannot be reversed. There's no time travel. The past is finite and the future is infinite and unwritten. Go make some good choices!
