It was an illegal search at the beginning, “I don’t consent to any searches or seizures”. GW: “I’m going to check for any firearms”, Guy: “Ok”…. That gave him consent.

You still have to have some kind of a suspicion in order to enter the vehicle otherwise it’s a fourth amendment violation. I know game wardens are different, but that law still exist.

OK people, Fish and Wildlife do not have to say anything. They can search everything without cause. I don’t like it, but they can search everything they want.

What good is an unloaded firearm. Hold on bad guy while I load my gun. Who thinks of these stupid rules. I don’t have my own personal police officer with me “with a loaded gun” in case a bad person tries to rob or hurt me! That’s why the police officer has a loaded gun because a split second means life or death
