I've always said she works herself down to the bone and that's why she goes to the extreme w/taking care of herself .. And then you have to wind down after the day everyday , but with how creative she is ALL the time , it's probably really hard for her to do that bc your brain just doesn't turn off bc you're constantly getting ideas ..
